CUSTOMER SERVICE CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES WANTED
We recently opened a new office in Bournemouth due to high client demand and we're already preparing to expand agian by the end of the year! Our clients and our management team have big expectations so we need to grow ASAP. If you consider yourself a ‘people person’ and you’re looking for a structured career path, we may be able to help you gain valuable experience in the business world.
We are currently seeking to fill a number of openings with customer service, client relations and new customer acquisition all rolled into one. Our client representatives are in high demand because we acquire new customers for our clients on the spot by targeting them where they work, live and shop. We provide all necessary product training, so specific experience is not necessary, but strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are a must! Our top performers are typically people with customer service, retail sales or similar customer-focused experience.
As we grow, opportunities for additional responsibility and compensation will arise and we advance people based on their results and professionalism, not seniority!

Our 12-month Trainee Management Programme is perfect for people who want to get on with their careers; people who aim high and want independence & responsibility - instead of university debts.

What is the Trainee Management Programme?
You'll start as a Team Leader in a Office base near you. For the first few months, you'll get first-class training, support and responsibilities from the word go. After completing our leadership skills modules, we'll discuss where your career is heading with you. You'll spend the next six months in your first managerial role taking a hands on approach, putting into practice all that you have learnt.

The right qualifications 180 UCAS points (three A-levels grade A-D (or equivalent)) and GCSE Maths and English grade A-C (or equivalent)- are important, but so is your approach. The recruitment open day.
The recruitment open day allows successful applicants from a first interview process a chance to gain an inside view of the direct sales and marketing industry. With any applicants, for any position applied for, we invite them back on a voluntary open day to meet our entire team, there they will view each different sector of the business and spend some time live watching our sales and marketing teams working to give you first hand experience of how the industry benefits the clients.
This gives the applicants the chance to see the entire structure of our industry and spend time alongside one of our assistant managers who have recently completed our Business Development Program. It also allows the applicant to demonstrate their full potential in a low pressure environment throughout the course of the day, and gives Parker Worldwide the best chance to make an accurate decision on our recruitment.
