Upon recruitment and joining the team at Parker Worldwide our network of sales professionals receive customized, product specific training and knowledge to generate sales and brand awareness. The advanced techniques we employ lead the industry for account management and client follow up.

Management Education Program

Entry Level  

Individuals are trained through entry-level sales and marketing promotional departments. Clients and business owners, as well as customers are dealt with on a one-on-one basis. This training concentrates on the implementation side of the promotions rather than the conceptual and design portion. Individuals are also cross-trained through marketing, territory management, client relations and self-management.

Account Management/ Leadership Training  

More responsibility is added in this position. Individuals are trained to manage people, satellite offices, and regional campaigns. Individuals will also be responsible for teaching and developing others, as well as making personnel decisions. This is the longest phase of the program because most of the training is constructed around managing people. The account manager must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, delegate responsibility effectively and manage people on a personal basis.

Assistant Manager Director

Individuals are responsible for learning all aspects of client management, administration, laws, accounting, demographic research, and public speaking. Assistant Directors will also oversee large groups of people (20-30 associates) working on high profile clients as well as learn how to make personnel decisions.

Managing Director

The individual manages entire client base in a given market and is responsible for all day-to-day activities. The manager oversees the entire training program from start to finish.
